How it works? Send them an online voucher for a day ticket to IAA MOBILITY 2025.

Research studies show: 94 % of all visitors using a voucher for a one-day ticket visit the booth of the exhibitor they received it from. We record the numbers of all redeemed vouchers. You can access and download the information on your redeemed vouchers in the exhibitor shop at any time – before, during and after the event. In that manner, you know who has used their online voucher to redeem a day ticket – information you can use for future activities.

How much are (online) vouchers for day tickets?

The following flat rate ticket prices apply to you as an exhibitor. You can use these rates for online vouchers for your guests or employees:

• Summit: € 50/m²
• Open Space: € 30/m²

As soon as a ticket allocation has been fully utilized, additional packages can be purchased at the following prices. The prices of the online vouchers depend on the day and event:

In the final invoice, the ticket flat rate will be offset against the redeemed tickets and additional tickets will be charged subsequently if necessary.

Hint: Put a banner on your website to find out who is planning to visit your booth in advance of the event.

Do you want a more comfortable registration process for your guests? Then put a voucher banner on your website. With it, visitors can register in advance for day tickets using the online vouchers you sent.

After the online voucher has been redeemed, your customers will be sent a mobile ticket in addition to the print@home ticket via email which they can simply scan at the entrance, to pass through the turnstiles. This is the quickest way to guide your customers to your booth.

Your advantage: You know who to expect at your booth in advance of the event. You can download the voucher banner and pre-registration data on the exhibitor shop.

Do you want to inform your customers in advance about your participation in IAA MOBILITY? Then use our advertising tags with the IAA MOBILITY logo and with your hall and booth number in your print ads.
